A project funded by the Department of Agriculture – Bureau of Agricultural Research (DA-BAR) aimed to develop the Terms of Reference (TOR) of the prioritized research areas for various sub-sectors. These include crops, poultry and livestock, fisheries, aquaculture, and cross-cutting technologies.
