A project funded by the Department of Agriculture – Bureau of Agricultural Research (DA-BAR) to conduct an impact assessment of the participant of women in agriculture through the DA-BAR banner programs which include Community Participatory Action Research (CPAR) and the National Technology Commercialization (NTCP).
